Leopoldo López, Enzo Scarano, and Daniel Ceballos have had feces thrown at them, and access to water and television cut off

Early morning, October 27. On the rooftop of the area of Ramo Verde where Leopoldo López, Enzo Scarano, and Daniel Ceballos are being kept prisoner, soldiers stood with bags full of excrement and urine. They tied these bags with ropes and threw them to burst the bags against the windows of the prisoners’ cells.  They also sprinkled the contents of the bags into the cells and onto the three occupants. When the prisoners went to clean up the horrible mess, they realized that their water had been cut off.
